Mashed Potato

Ingredients

potatoes
pinch of salt

splash of plant milk

or

splash of plant milk or cream
spoonful of non-dairy butter

or

extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Peel tatties if desired, roughly dice.
  • Put in a pan with a pinch of salt, cover with water and pop a lid on.
  • Bring to boil, then turn down to a lively simmer for 10 mins, or until soft.
  • Mash until smooth with your choice of liquids.
