Cannellini Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 tin cannellini beans, or a small handful of dried beans soaked and cooked
Juice of half a lemon
1 small clove of garlic
A few stalks of rosemary, leaves picked and roughly chopped
A good pinch of sea or rock salt

Method

  • Throw everything in a food processor and whizz up for a few minutes.
  • Taste, adjust seasoning if needed. Done!

    You can spread it on toast, dip crisps or crudites in it or do whatever you want with it!
